Responsibilities:
* Handle daily shop operation
* Achieve / exceed personal sales targets while working as a team member to contribute to the overall stores total revenue goals
* Offer professional advice by understanding customers’ needs and provide excellent service to customers to promote sales
* Maintain the appearance of the selling floor, restock and merchandise
* To follow up reserved/damaged items and to achieve the company goals of customer satisfaction
Requirements:
* Minimum ‘O’ Level or equivalent
* Pleasant personality with excellent communication skills
* Positive disposition with STRONG passion working in retail industry
* Fashion savvy and customer service oriented
* Sales-driven and results-oriented
* Able to multitask and set priorities
* Able to work retail hours (shift, weekends and public holidays)
* Singaporeans, Malaysians and Singapore PR holders are welcome to apply
Salary Package: Basic, OT, Variable Commission, Individual Commission with other fringes benefit.
Candidates with extensive related experience may be considered for senior position.
Candidates with no prior related experience but interested in fashion and sportswear sales are welcome to apply.
